hey now rooms was a delightful surprise during our honeymoon trip to krakow. the central location and helpful staff exceeded our expectations. the clean and comfortable rooms, along with the provided amenities, made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. we especially enjoyed the close proximity to tourist attractions and the peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city.

We stayed at Heynow Rooms, Apartments and Hostel in the city center and had an amazing experience. The location couldn't have been better - just a few seconds walk to the main market square and a short walk to the train/bus station and shopping mall. The room we stayed in, a 4-bed female dorm, was spacious and clean. We were lucky to have the room to ourselves, which made for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Despite the cold weather outside, the room had a nice warm temperature. The showers were also hot and refreshing. The bed, although deceiving at first, turned out to be quite comfortable. The hostel also had a spacious and clean kitchen, where we could make our own meals. the combination of the great location, comfortable facilities, and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

For us, Heynow Rooms, Apartments and Hostel in the city center was ideal.

The hostel was conveniently located just a minute away from the central square, making it a great base to explore the city. the staff were helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. the rooms were clean and the kitchen was spacious, offering free coffee and tea. the room was well-heated, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The reception was sometimes unattended, requiring guests to leave a note for requests like towels and hair dryers.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the room. The dim lighting and comfortable bed created a nice ambiance. It was also a great bonus to have a mini-fridge in the room to store our drinks and snacks. the location was perfect for our getaway, with plenty of romantic restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as we noticed dust and dirt on the surfaces. The bathroom also could have been cleaner, which took away from the overall experience.

I had a great stay at Heynow Rooms, Apartments And Hostel In City Center. The location couldn't get any better, right next to the main market square. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help me, like printing a ticket for me. The spacious bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Although the bed wasn't the comfiest, it was fine for a short stay. I highly recommend this hostel.

Superb location on historic street near St. Mary's Basilica. Friendly staff, clean common areas and spacious rooms. Value for money with luggage storage available. Convenient to explore main square and enjoy nearby restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at Heynow! The location was perfect, right in the center and close to all the main places I wanted to visit. The locker system was excellent, allowing me to leave my bag before check-in or after check-out for free. The kitchen/common room was well-organized and clean, and there was always someone at the reception ready to help. I highly recommend Heynow for a great weekend getaway.

The hostel's prime location in the heart of the Old Town, just a 3-minute walk from Glowny Rynek. Friendly and polite staff who provided all the necessary information. Good quality tours available at the reception. Option to upgrade to a bigger room at no additional charge. Spacious and clean kitchen facilities.
